Biography

 

Arnaud Guichard is a multifaceted Belgian saxophonist and composer based in London.
His versatility brought him fruitful artistic collaborations with the renowned jazz musicians Zoe Rahman, Simon Purcell, Dave Wickins, Mick Foster, Moses Boyd and also Afrobeat figure Dele Sosimi.

Arnaud had the opportunity to perform as a sideman and as a leader in various venues and festivals across Europe and in the UK.
His most recent work ‘Serendip’ is a project inspired by the Persian tale ‘The Three Princes of Serendip’ by Amir Khusrau.

Arnaud was recently selected to take part in the Jazz Directors Series#3 with Zoe Rahman and toured in the North West of England.
He also is the host of a monthly jam at Jazz Live at The Crypt
 
In 2015 while studying at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance Arnaud was awarded the Jon Hassal Prize for Jazz.
